About the Program:
Shan Foods is proud to bring you Pursuit of Changemakers, a 12-month long program designed to train and develop future leaders. Successful candidates will get a chance to lead real time business projects, learn from leading industry professionals and get an extensive overview of the business through inter-departmental rotations & international exposure. Upon successful completion of the program, our Changemakers will experience a fast-track career growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Students who have graduated in Fall 2021 and those graduating in Spring 2022 (both Bachelors and Masters)
- Passionate, dynamic, resilient and creative individuals who are willing to “Be The Change” with their innovative ideas
