66-UET Qarz-e-Hasna “The Scheme” SCHOLARSHIPS
Applications are invited from needy/deserving students on the prescribed form available at www.facs.uet.edu.pk and from the FA & CS office, UET, Lahore. Following information along with duly attested photocopies of documents are required with the application form
- CNIC/B-form
- Matric Result Card
- Sc. Result Card
- Result Card of the latest examination conducted by the University if any.
- Parents/Guardian Income Certificate
- Last month Utility Bills of their parent’s home.
The duly filled applications forms must reach FA&CS Office on or before 22 March 2017 positively after endorsement of the Chairman of the department.
