M. Ashraf Siddiqui Scholarship – Session 2016

Applications are invited for award of M. Ashraf Siddiqui Scholarship to the deserving/needy students of B.Sc. (Session 2016). Interested students are advised to submit their applications on or before 18 August 2017 positively.

Duly signed application form must be endorsed by the chairman of the respective department with following documents

 

  1. Domicile Certificate.
  2. CNIC or form B of the applicant.
  3. Result card of the latest examination (F.Sc/DAE)
  4. Latest Detaild Marks Certificate (DMC)
  5. Last month Utility Bills (Electricity, Gas, Phone and Water Bills).
  6. Father`s / Guardian`s Income Certificate.
  7. In case the Father/Guardian is in-service the Income Certificate must be from the Employer.

NOTE: INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED
