The RDMC IGDP is a specialized initiative aimed at providing promising and highly motivated engineers, particularly those of Baluchistan origin, with a unique opportunity to contribute to our international endeavors. We believe that your university produces graduates of exceptional caliber, and we are eager to engage with potential candidates who meet our stringent criteria.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be considered for the RDMC IGDP, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Graduates of 2022- 2024
  • A degree or final transcript is mandatory for submission;
  • Maintain a minimum CGPA of 3.00;
  • Hold a minimum of 16 years of education from an HEC recognized university in Engineering Disciplines, with specialization in Geology, Geoscience, Geophysics, Geotechnical, Civil, Process, Metallurgical, Renewable, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering.

Program Scope:

The RDMC IGDP is a structured 18-month program designed to offer participants a unique opportunity to work on international assignments. The program will focus on skill development, particularly during the advancement of the Reko Diq Feasibility study. Upon completion of the program, participants will return to Pakistan to contribute to the Reko Diq Project.
