Timing: 9pm-6am

Responsibilities:

  1. Promote IT solutions, encompassing hardware and software products and services.
  2. Manage the IT distribution supply chain, overseeing product life cycle and managed services.
  3. Conduct outbound cold calls to achieve specified targets and build a robust customer base.
  4. Update and maintain the sales pipeline for effective tracking and reporting.
  5. Manage corporate accounts and SLED accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  6. Review and promptly respond to emails from leads, prospects, and customers, providing necessary information.
  7. Address post-sale inquiries or issues promptly to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
  8. Conduct data mining from platforms like LinkedIn, Seamless, and Zoominfo for strategic business development.
  9. Foster strong relationships with vendors, emphasizing effective vendor relation management.
  10. Collaborate with the Operations Team to request and prepare quotes for clients, including drafting supporting emails with datasheets.
  11. Follow up on renewals, track payment orders, and initiate sales orders for timely processing.
  12. Confirm licenses with vendors once orders are placed and manage deal registrations for new opportunities.
  13. Track in-transit orders, coordinate with the Operations Team to provide customers with timely tracking information.
  14. Manage the trace-back process for returned orders, providing consistent client support.
  15. Collaborate with the accounting team to create and send invoices to customers.
  16. Explore and sign up for new partnerships with OEM’s to expand product offerings.
  17. Attend weekly meetings and contribute to the preparation of both weekly and annual reports.
  18. Prioritize tasks and efficiently manage time to meet business development objectives.
  19. Demonstrate the ability to manage a team effectively.

Requirements:

  3. Effective communication abilities with fluency in English.
  4. Ability to make outbound calls with confidence.
  5. Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team.
