Position Summary:
The Supply Chain Analyst is a key contributor to the supply chain planning team and provides crucial insights through the
analysis and presentation of supply chain data. This role will focus on managing reports, generating performance metrics,
and delivering actionable information to support informed decision-making and enhance our supply chain planning
strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Collaborate closely with the supply chain Planning Team to understand reporting requirements and data needs.
 Utilize data from various sources, including Systems, databases, and spreadsheets, to create accurate and
insightful supply chain reports.
 Develop and maintain a suite of standardized and ad-hoc reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
related to capacity utilization, demand, and inventory
 Automate reporting processes where possible, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.
 Assist in developing new reporting methodologies and visualizations to enhance data-driven decision-making.
Qualification & Experience:
 MBA Supply Chain Management or equivalent
 Proven experience (preferably 3+ years) as a supply chain analyst or similar analytical role
 Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Domo, Power BI, Tableau) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft
Excel.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
 Strong problem-solving skills, organizational and project management skills, with a keen attention to detail
 Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for stakeholders
 Strong analytical and statistical skills. Strong communication skills – both verbally and in writing independently
 Ability to drive change in a status quo environment
