 Pakistan Tobacco Company is made up of diverse individuals who are united by a shared belief that people can make their own choices. The Summer Internship Program is specially designed for independent and motivated undergraduate and postgraduate students who love learning and taking on new challenges and responsibilities.

The PTC Internship Program aims to develop top-performing students from all over Pakistan, by providing them a chance to be involved in making valuable contributions to real-time business projects. They choose the function that best suits their strengths and their internship will structure your development around a clearly defined set of deliverables. The interns will gain support and encouragement from their line managers who will work with them to ensure that they are reaching the standards expected of them and getting what they need from the program. Also, there are other interns from all over Pakistan who will form an invaluable network of contacts for each other.

Eligibility Criteria

Depending on the educational background, the applicant must have completed a minimum of:

  • Six semesters for Bachelor’s students (3/4th of their bachelor’s degree)
  • Two semesters for Master’s students (1/2 of their master’s degree)

The internship tests comprises of three parts;

  • Culture Match Questionnaire
  • Numeric Reasoning Test
  • Verbal Reasoning Test

Each test scores are linked to the next, i.e. if a candidate is unable to clear one, he/she will not be able to proceed to the next stage. Candidates from each discipline falling in the top 10 percentile of highest-scores all across the board will be shortlisted.
