 Position: HR Executive

  • Qualification: BBA, MBA
  • Experience: Fresh

             Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing resumes and applications.
  • E-correspondence with directors of career placement departments for resumes of the studious if required.
  • Conducting first round of telephonic interview for the candidates to schedule interviews.
  • Maintaining HR records, such as those related to compensation, health and medical insurance.
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees.
  • Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues.
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
  • Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
  • Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation.

 Position: Sales Executive

  • Qualification: BA, BBA, MBA
  • Gender Preference: Male Applicants with own conveyance
  • Experience: Fresh

      Responsibilities:

  • To go door to door and proactively sell company services to residential and business customers within the territory.
  • To keep detailed record of sales activity, plan daily sales call routes and customer visits.
  • To visit 30 to 50 potential customers each day to sell new services.
  • To line-up comprehensive sales plan with marketing strategies for each service line, customer demographic analysis, sales forecast, and growth strategies and also examine pricing structure, revenue goals, sales locations, customer retention strategies, advertising  and  team activities.
  • To present sales reports to Reporting Manager by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and co-ordinate regular electronic mail initiatives
  • Prepare marketing statistics and assess the results of marketing campaigns.
  • Draft promotional material and liaison with the designer and printers for production.
  • Manage marketing database and email distribution list including new subscriptions, opt-outs and bounce backs.
  • Develop and maximize internet presence, improving search rankings & visibility.
