Job Description:

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Executives – IT Solutions for our night shift operations.

As a Sales Executive at Spearlogics Solutions, you will play a crucial role in promoting our cutting-edge IT solutions to businesses across various industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential B2B clients to introduce Spearlogics Solutions’ IT services and products.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through lead generation and cold calling.
  • Understand clients’ IT needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Achieve sales targets and quotas by closing deals and generating revenue.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve sales techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and our product offerings.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent English accent and exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work the night shift (8 PM – 5 AM).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Sales-driven mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus but not required (fresh resources are welcome).
  • Familiarity with IT solutions, hardware, software, cloud computing, or cybersecurity is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
